Do your prices include breakfast ?
Yes, our prices include breakfast.
What happens in case of late arrival ?
Provided that you have a confirmed and guaranteed reservation, your room will be held for you until 10 am the following day. If you still plan to arrive later, please call us on +420 296 114 401 or fax +420 296 114 402.
Do you charge my credit card if I don´t cancel my booking in time ?
If you do not cancel within 24 hours at the latest of your booked arrival time, we will charge you one night to your credit card, except for special offers or packages or holiday dates when a longer deadline may apply.
Do you have any parking facilities ?
Guests can use a nearby garage for a fee of CZK 450.-- per day.
What is your standard cancellation policy ?
You may cancel your reservation without incurring in any charge by 6 pm prior to arrival day. For reservations cancelled later, we reserve the right to charge one night to your credit card.
What credit cards do you accept ?
All major credit cards are accepted, i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport ?
You can order a pick-up from us together with your reservation. We need your flight details (Airline, flight no. Expected time of arrival, origin of flight). Our driver will wait for you outside of the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name.
How can I modify or cancel a reservation on-line ?
Please go to our website and click on "cancel" or "modify reservation". You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation or modification by e-mail.
How can I send requests for information and comments on the website ?
By using the "Contact" link.
How to make sure that my on-line reservation is confirmed ?
When making a reservation you are asked to give your e-mail address. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
Are pets allowed in your hotel ?
Sorry, pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Do I have to give my credit cards details in order to confirm my reservation ?
Yes, we do need your credit card details to confirm your reservation. These serve only as a guarantee. Upon departure from the hotel you can pay by either cash or by any major credit card.
While browsing on your website I have noticed changes in hotel prices from one day to the other, why ?
Well, first because we have various room types available at different rates, secondly, our prices may change almost every day based on the number of rooms we have available for rent and also based on guests demand. Last minute reservations may not always be the most convenient choice. We recommend that you book ahead in order to get better prices.
What is included in your prices ?
Unless shown and confirmed otherwise, our prices usually include breakfast, VAT, municipality tax, service and credit card charges.
